But it is possible to use the buttons so even if you don't like the mouse pointer ... and saving the best for last, the use of voice commands creates a whole new way to use your TV remote. **Q: Does this have defective stiff and unresponsive buttons on the directional pad like the official lg ones did which shipped with the tv?**
A: Hi, 
The first remote I bought I had to return because it was faulty I then bought a second one, Sold by KAZA UK and Fulfilled by Amazon, which works perfectly ok, ie all the buttons are responsive on the directional pad, I hope this helps.

**Q: Is this compatible with lg 43um7400plb?**
A: It will work with any LG smart TV from 2018 onwards. Works perfectly with my 70UK6900 TV. So anything from 6900 series or later..

**Q: Is this the correct remote for an lg 43up75006lf**
A: Read my review the list of compatible TVs are in the list. If your TV is not on the list then it is not compatible.

Very good magic remote. Easy to set up. Works very well with 2023 TV. Just have to get used to a mouse pointer instead of up and down arrows. But it is possible to use the buttons so even if you don't like the mouse pointer ... and saving the best for last, the use of voice commands creates a whole new way to use your TV remote. Highly recommend 👌 👍
