I have used at least 25 different brands over that time, and the vast majority of them leave me disappointed.Lipocide must do something at least slightly different because I definitely have a unique reaction to this product that isn’t the same as 75% of what’s out there. I’m not going to say it’s my favorite, and I’m not going to say it cranks me up in a way that I actually like when gearing up for exercise or when trying to compensate for too little sleep. That said, it definitely gives me a pretty solid boost and in spite of what practically every manufacturer says you’re going to experience a crash with this just like any other pre-workout supplement. That said, the crash I experience with this is not as bad as most of the others I have tried in the last couple of years. It’s totally manageable, and isn’t something that makes me regret taking it.I think this can be used absolutely as a pre-workout supplement or just as an energy booster or thermogenic if you’re trying to lose weight. I’ve learned that if I mix things up constantly with these kinds of products I get better results out of them than when trying to use one, the same one, each day for weeks in a row. So, this one is part of my current regime and is probably used three or four times a week. I tend to keep this as my late afternoon pick me up, and I only use about 2/3 a scoop and that seems to be just right for me. The raspberry lemonade doesn't taste half bad. Maybe a bit too tart but totally drinkable. One scoop gives lots of energy and a whole lot of sweating. I suspect the sweating is from the Capscimax and yohimbe. That's part of the problem with this fat burner: the yohimbe. I never get the jitters from a pre-workout/fat burner unless it has yohimbe in it. And depending on how much is in it it will give me bad side effects such as intense sweating, jitters, rapid heartbeat, chills, etc.Fortunately I only get the sweating and jitters part. The jitters usually last about 45 minutes and then they're gone. It's not a dealbreaker but is annoying. Considering I'm only getting those side effect the yohimbe must be dosed around 2.5-3 mg per scoop, which we'll never know because this is a proprietary blend. Whatever the case, if you can handle the yohimbe I highly recommend you get this thermogenic fat burner if you want to sweat, sweat, sweat! The price is actually pretty good because you get 40 actual servings and that is really all you need at once(and really for the whole day).
