It does not have t loc m mounting points **Q: Is this the same item that is $89 at acme tools? is the price a mistake?** A: Yes it’s the same item. I am sure the price is intentional. **Q: does the handle fold? i.e. can this *not* be the top box in the stack? / can you stack 2 of these on top of each other?** A: It does not fold. The bottom of the box has a recess down the middle, so you can stack multiple.
