No stretch bends, rips, etc. Rolled out cookie dough into it with just a little flour and the cookies came off with little resistance if any at all and that's amazing. As always these are hard to wash. Laid it on the counter, went over it with a sponge, rinsed, shook over excess water, laid it to dry kinda crunched up since I don't have a place to lay it out flat to dry. When it dried, it still felt like it had some flour on it, but that's ok. Oils were gone so I could store it. Would not bake on it. Very happy with it.Update: After using it for a while I do want to rave about how well it disperses a layer of flour on the mat (like for rolling out dough). My cookies NEVER stick anymore unless I really mess up(like just not put enough flour to begin with).
