With that being said, I bought 1/2" Pro Click bindings to use on the 65 sheet books I'm making. That size is supposed to handle 85 sheets of 20lb. I thought they would be big enough to hold the 65 sheets of 24lb paper, but they aren't. It's hard to turn the pages and you risk tearing the paper. So I then bought the 5/8" Pro Click bindings which is supposed to hold 110 sheets of 20lb. This is the size that works great, looks great and allows for page turning, and opening up the book flat for my 65 pages of 24lb papers.
