Review: As corny as it sounds this book will change your life for the better!! - I first read this book in my early twenties and it really helped change my thinking! I was a constant worrier and perfectionist who took myself through it constantly in my head!! This book really helped me stop doing that and get out of my own way! I always hate it when people say stuff like this because it sounds like they're drinking the Kool-Aid however this book is very rational and logically based and just gives you a different way to think about yourself and your life. It's not a whole new way of thinking or going down a completely different path it's the same path that's always been there it's just looking at it rationally without all the judgment and doubt that was there. I've read this book nine times given it away countless times. This time I purchased it it was for a friend as well and I hope that she enjoys it as much as I did.
