The 14 inch pan was a bit small for my purpose so I recommend going with the bigger 15.75 inch pan. The quality of the pan is excellent and the perforations eliminates soggy pizzas. The pan is super easy to use with a smooth nonstick finish and therefore easy to keep clean.
