Best of all for me, a serving doesn't have much if any of an affect on my blood sugar. I've been a sugar addict and ended up diabetic. These wonderful crackers taste great, help to satisfy my periodic cravings (though I'm always wanting more!), and are truly helping me readjust my snacking to a more healthy product.
