May want to start off at the low end (10-20%) gyre and see how your tank reacts. I have two in my 82 gallon, and this seems about right with no other pump needed.The newly released software update is only loadable (is that a word?) with a micro sd card (you must buy separate) and only an sd card formatted to plain ole' FAT file system. I purchased 2 -Gyre 230 for a 90 gallon reef tank, set them on 30% and it is amazing. I can't tell you how long they will last but I think these would easily run a 150, maybe bigger. Played with them in the sink and got water everywhere. They sit on the edge of the tank and you don't even notice them.
