Update: 5 starts to 1 *by L***E on Reviewed in the United States on March 6, 2013* I just recieved this in the mail today. It came 3/4 full so i didn't have to run out and buy any fuel. It is comfortable in my hand and has a quality feel to it regardless of the cheap price. I have already used it to light a coal for my hookah and it fired right up and did not use to much fuel to get the job done. Also quick shipping is a bonus! I would recommend the seller and item. (I will update my review after i have had a chance to use the torch lighter for a bit).Update: Well after 2 weeks of daily use it came time to refill the lighter and now it will not light. Too bad, it seemed nice. I guess if you are looking for a throw away torch this will do, but I will not be buying this item again. Maybe this explains the 7 day guarantee. My local tobacco shop turned me on this lighter a year ago under a different name but essentially identical, save for the flame adjustor. They turned out to be the best bargain lighters in the Universe, although one of them developed a leak. At the price I didn't care. Then disaster struck and the shop couldn't find them any more when I was down to the last one. When I came across them at Amazon I immediately ordered three and hid them so I'm good to go for another year.
