I wrapped it almost all the way around my paddle (skipping only the brand name on both sides. This increased weight by .2 ounces (perfect for me). It might have been .3 if wrapped across the brand name. Also, tape is narrow enough to do two strips side-by-side. Since tape is shiny, I noticed other players cover the shiny tape with black electrical tape.
