I noticed some people complaining of old or soon to be expired juice. I bought this because science tells us that beet juice lowers your BP. Since BP is measurable I decided to try it out. It works to lower BP! This shot is the equivalent of drinking 1.75 8oz (420ml) of beet juice that you can buy at the grocery store. If you want to know if beet juice is for you, go to the store and buy beet juice. It is about $7.00 for 32 oz. That makes it about half as much as this shot. However, after you drink 2 cups of beet juice, you'll really see what the value-add is of Beet-it. It condenses 420ml into 70 ml or roughly 1.75 cups into 1/4 cup. Does it taste bad?
