Great support, physically and mentally. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by T***C on 2 January 2018* I got a total ACL replacement and was looking for a good knee brace to help with BJJ and I really can't recommend this enough. This brace has gotten me through warmups, light rolls, and going hard. My knee feels stable and strong. The brace is so flexible you can really barely tell it's there. The only thing I would recommend is wearing the brace over a pair of leggings or spats as the fabric right on your skin may irritate it a little and it will def get super sweaty which is just uncomfortable. But when I wear it over leggings it's amazing. My physical therapist says this is a great brand and I definitely trust his opinion. Just make sure you measure your knee right!
