This Nivea lotion product does not come with a seal. I cannot speak for other sellers, but although it does not have a seal, the item shouldn't have been used. This could happen of course if you purchase at a retail store where someone may have sampled, but my products come directly from a distributor and are sent to Amazon unopened.
