They were absolutely wonderful and very helpful.Unfortunately in the end, having *anything* between the fep and the screen caused me some trouble. Only after giving up and printing without it, did I end up with some non-failing prints. I don't even bother worrying about IF a spill occurs anymore. I know that the protection is there and it's a "set it and forget it" thing that will do its job.Don't be in the "shoulda, woulda, coulda" group, after you've already had a spill/leak from your FEP.
