My longest clients during this time were 3 hours, shortest were 15 minutes. I read that you have to get "used" to it...well I never did. I am 5'6", approx 120lbs and fit. My legs would ache so badly after sitting for long periods of time. It's also very high and I bought the 'Medium' size. It seems this is standard across saddle stools, but I've had to raise my treatment table significantly in order to reach my clients without bending over. This is inconvenient for them and me. I thought the split saddle would help relieve pressure but mine is not as split as the photo, I have not noticed less back or shoulder pain since using it and I have noticed greater soreness and discomfort.
