Very disappointed that when I tried to use it the Velcro that keeps the cleaning cloth on did not stay together and the metal frame scratched my window. We have 2 picture windows that are really hard to get just right be cause of the way the sun hits them. He was able to wash both of them in about 5 minutes each, and the results were terrific. We are very happy with this window washer. We used the homemade washing solution suggested by another reviewer on this site. This was not the tool to do that. The latching mechanism that holds the pole in place was made out of a flimsy plastic clip which got broken and stuck in the locking port rendering the extension pole useless. As others have said the squeeze is flimsy and does not take water off the window. The onlybsaving grace is the scrubbing pad was good. I had to buy a professional squeegee to really get the job done.
