Lee y borra todos los fallos de los diferentes sistemas del vehículo. Review: As we know with this particular RR, the nebulous message "Service Required" mysteriously comes on after engine start without warning or apparent reason. There is no indication what type service is required, it just means that the LR dealer has to reset it...after the service the vehicle of course...lol. I'm writing this review because there wasn't on for 2010/2011 RR's with this message and no associated oil light or any other indication (not sure if newer years have the same message). In any event, this tool resets the message. You'll need a Windows operating system computer, I dug one out of my closet and booted it up...using vista OS. Almost couldn't remember how to use Windows ha ha. Go to the icarsoft website and you'll download the update tool per the instructions, update the mini sd card (comes with a 2.0 USB Adapter). Then the tool will be updated and ready to use. Connects easily to the obd2 port with the included cable. Menu is very intuitive with a Land Rover selection. This tool also scanned multiple codes that were stored I had no idea were lurking in the Ecuador/vehicle processor. These are called DTC's. Diagnostic Trouble Codes. I tried to clear them without success. I didn't spend a lot of time on this. I was primarily concerned with clearing the 'Service Required" message, which again was successful. In Summary, great tool. It might work with yours as it has a TD5/P15 (or newer engine) that use the latest NNN ecu. In my 1999 TD5 did not worked properly. Streams gave false wrong/false reading. My truck has a first generation TD5 with P10 engine and the older MSB ECU. On my engine/ECU combination it did not worked properly. **Q: Can this be upgraded via a software download to other vehicles, for example a mini/bmw ?** A: I dont think so, I tried to download mercedes trough the internet however it just seems to update the vehicle originally installed on the device. I havent been. Able to get in. Touch with the company for more info. **Q: Can this tool reset the immobilizer on the LR2?** A: No the scanner can not reset the immobilizer. The immobilizer is similar to a circuit breaker. It has a button you push to reset it. Not knowing what vehicle you are working on I can't tell you where the immobilizer is located.
