They look identical** A: The pictures are confusing! NE-1 are the round footpads that go directly under the legs of a stand, so you will need 3 for a tripod, or 4 for something like the drum shown in the picture. The NE-10 are the large rectangular pads you see under the foot pedal. They work pretty well together but probably the NE-10 under the foot pedal is going to be the most important to get first if you are concerned about downstairs neighbors. **Q: does it work with an alexis electronic drum set?** A: Here’s the thing its expensive and doesnt fit all feet amd its only 1 Per pack for 25 dollars. I returned it. **Q: How many do you get?** A: Each pack has 1 'foot pad', so you need to buy a few, one for each point which meets the rack and the floor. I bought 4 in total, 2 for the bass drum, and 2 for the 2 legged hihat.
