My one small gripe — which seems to be a JanSport thing in general — is that the zipper flap tends to get caught, which can be a bit frustrating. We actually had a previous JanSport where the zipper broke because of it. That said, this one is still going strong. Overall a good backpack and would recommend!

A: It doesn’t appear to be waterproof.

A: I think it would. It is definitely large enough to be one. It has a couple of large compartments and a few smaller ones. Mesh on the side for a water bottle and clips on the side you can drape things over.

Great backpack! Perfect size with lots of compartments. I also like that it has a sewn in keyholder in the small pocket which is great. Key is always in the same place.
