Shocked and disappointed, I debated what to do, do they even sell the glass? Do I just buy another case for the part? Are they going to stand behind their warranty? Historically I haven't had great success with warranty claims but I figured, better at least give it a shot.The glass broke at 11:50am this morning. I had a response back from Thermaltake at 1:09pm and filled our their RMA shortly after. At 4:19pm I received an email not only approving the replacement of the glass, but with a UPS tracking number for the item at was already shipped.Total time from failure to having a tracking number was <5hr.I know this review may not sway you to buy this case one or another, but just wanted to give Thermaltake a deserved shout out.
