She was right! It is a concentrate - so you’ll have this shampoo for ALL of your dogs life - and it has the conditioner already in it! It also makes your dog smell wonderful and they stay smelling nice for a long time after their baths, too. My puppies got bathed last month (I bathe them each month) and they had to go potty when it was raining outside. When they came back in? They DID NOT have the “wet dog” odor about them - they smelled of this shampoo! Also, my Shih-Tzu’s have not had ANY matting of their hair since I’ve been using this! I highly recommend it. My only recommendation?
