Can you get a strong level cupping suction with these?** A: You don't use a pump, they are fire cups. You swabbed alcohol on the inside, light it and press the cup to the skin. It seals and the fire goes out without touching the skin. Getting a strong seal and level of suction just takes practice. I find them much more effective then the pump suction cups. **Q: Is these easy to use cause i saw my accupuntures did it seems easy.** A: You will want some formal training. It's easy enough but it's fire and flammables so you do need to have professional guidance. I got these cups to fill out the gap as the ones I put based in training were a little pricey for not as many. Love the finger placements they enable for a firm grip even if your hands are oily. They hold suction pretty well depending on the client of course. I do find it hold better than my pricey set it may be because the lip is a little deeper and there is less contact with the rim. I have also made the mistake of dropping them (several times) and no cracks, no breaks.
