**Q: Do I have to plant these as soon as they arrive?**
A: NO.  They often arrive before planting time.  Keep them in the refrigerator or a dark cupboard in a brown paper bag (avoid plastic as it retains too much water) until you can plant them.  They will keep easily for two to three weeks.

**Q: The potatoes arrived non-sproted. what should i do to sprout them? how big should the sprouts be when i plant them? any other planting suggestions?**
A: Cut them with at least two eyes . I cut in half and allowed to dry a week . Little green sprouts will start to form after they are cut

**Q: How many plantings will 5 lbs produce?**
A: It would depend on the number of potatoes in the bag.  For example, you can expect to produce 2 to 4 plants with each potato. Cut the small potatoes in half for 2 plantings and the large ones into 4 for 4 plantings.  I usually plant them 12 to eighteen inches apart.
