Being so light, it can be fiddly to fit or put on, especially if your rotational mobility in your arms is not as good as it might be? Also it has extension straps for bigger people, and I am one. These straps are "velcro" extensions and can detach with tension when adjusting; and you need that tension for any efficacy. I am 6'4" and 48" chest, and I needed the extensions. Once that tension is on, it can become uncomfortable under the arms; but the instructions do warn the wearer to limit the time wearing the harness initially.
