Thought it would be a convenient way to get some energy and protein for pre-workout or whenever, but just not worth the taste. it is convenient so giving 2 stars. But I will go with less convenient for something that doesn't taste awful. It's fruity, but more chalky and has a weird protein taste to it -- chocolate/vanilla/other protein shakes are solid tasting because they go okay together. Perhaps other 5-hour flavors that would go with the protein component would be good, will have to look into that, because it is convenient. But I would avoid the Berry. It is a very odd and bad tasting combination. The don't taste THAT bad and the work well. I use them on late night drives home from football games and busniess trips and they are great. I can stay alert till I get home. I had high hopes for the Protein Shots.....but I can barely force them down. They taste terrible and they make me nauseous.I've got three left and I'm going to have to throw them away.
