The team that made this product is complete fraud, as they haven't fulfilled the promise they made for contributors. I can't seem to make the TinTag alert to my phone only my phone can alert the TinTag (no biggie, doesn't everyone just call their phone when it's lost. GreenBot wrote a great review of a similar device (I copied some of their tips below) but that more famous app had one major drawback, there was no way to recharge the battery. The TinTag however only needs charged once every 4months. So I'll shoot for the equinox and hopefully never loose my keys again![The Tracker] has a keyring hole so you can easily attach it to your keys, or you can stick it to things with the included adhesive square. It's a tad on the thick side—about as thick as two quarters stacked up on top of one another—and though it isn’t bulky, it’s still a significant addition to your keychain, or wherever you put it. It’s also water resistant and constructed out of durable material, so you don’t have to worry about it falling apart. [The Tracker]is helpful for people who tend to misplace common things, like keys or a wallet. If you do lose something with a Tile attached to it, you can ping it via Bluetooth and it will play an adorable chiptune melody until you’ve confirmed that you found it.I did receive this TinTag in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. Thank you! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ great device in finding your stuff *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United States on July 28, 2016* I found this little gadget. No need to look for your keys last minute or any stuff that likes to go missing when you need it. I like how this one comes with a strap. But it doesn't come with paper written instructions. There's a video that you have to watch and it was easy to follow. Download the tintag app and pair it. You have to use your location and bluetooth to pair it. A lot of people were complaining that it drains your battery because it stays open in the background even if you close it. There's a option in the app to turn off app in the background.It works pretty good with a good amount of distance. I tried it within the next door. I haven't tried the waterproof feature but its good to have incase you spill some water.There's 2 option on how you can find the device1. you can use the light2. You can use the sound. Both were pretty decend and can totally find it.I recommend this product if you lose your key very often but it's price is a bit high.I received this product for free or at a discounted price in exchange to test it and to give an honest and unbiased review.
