So ardent was I about hydrogen water, I also bought a machine within a week. I am still, however, VERY fond of these tablets and use them as well, especially if I have to travel or while working. Some people have suggested shaking the bottle before opening. I have not found this to produce more Hydrogen. Also~adding alkaline drops may also up the levels of Hydrogen.
