My date would probably be different to what you get as I bought last year **Q: What is the use by date please?** A: No idea. But I'm still using my stock dating back to 3/4 years ago. No harm done **Q: Is this wholemeal** A: I don't believe it is wholemeal but it does look very similar to some brands of wholemeal. It makes a very nice loaf **Q: I'm looking for unbleached flower. Is this one bleached too? Thank you** A: I would think the flour is not bleached...otherwise it won't be brown. Haven't used it yet, and so can't tell you how good it is.
