Pardon my ignorance but does this item cover for both front and rear sites?** A: You don’t need sights for this optic optic to work. **Q: Does it have shake awake technology?** A: Sig calls this motac and it works really well. You almost can’t tell because the slightest movement activates the dot. **Q: If I remove the spacer and riser, will I find a T1 footprint?** A: It will fit the T1 even with the spacer. It does over hang slightly front and back but it didn’t bother me.
