In the pictures the white lines on the tumbler and mug are not defects the finished mugs are so shiny they show reflected light but the look of the tumbler and mug is beyond belief. This seller has a great product and the price and quality can't be beat. Will be my go-to seller from now on. After contacting the seller I was offered a $20 refund or return them. If I hadn't have needed it I would have returned but with shipping times I choose to keep. A little more caution when picking orders would be great.
