The paint job is about as good as you can expect at this scale. A detailed paint job would require some very steady hands, an incredibly fine brush, and a very thin paint. I think they look good painted a flat color like black, though a lighter color does show there's a fair bit of detail for how small they are. Some sprues and flashing but if it bothers you, get a tiny file. They're super tiny, and cheap for a pack of a bunch, it's a good deal.
