I decided to give this Crest 3D kit a try. While it definitely is less harsh than other methods/brands, I still feel some sensitivity as I near the end of the course. I noticed whiter teeth starting on the 3rd day despite these strips not being as strong or as whitening as traditional kinds. You use these over a longer period than you would with other kinds. I love that these stick to my teeth and don't slip around in my mouth during the 30 minutes per day of wear. They even require some effort to get off. Perhaps because these are sold as a "gentle" course, the strips don't have tons of ooze.
