Are they form fitting, that's what I am looking for?** A: I wear a 7.5-8 but got an 8 for wearing with thick socks. With thicker socks on they fit perfectly. With bare feet or regular socks, these boots fit bigger on my foot. The 7 was too small for me for what it’s worth. **Q: Are the matte boots not water resistent? (see comparison chart for water resistence level).** A: I have them and I was wondering about that too actually. I noticed that the front of my feet were slightly wet when I came home but couldn’t be sure if it was me sweating or the boots letting water through... **Q: Why does the description say 100% leather? These are supposed to be plastic rain boots. Are these guaranteed to be the real hunter boots?** A: Umm... The description of the boot WE bought is > Rubber > Rubber sole > Durable lightweight rubber upper > Adjustable buckle strap on the side of the boot > Textile lining offers maximum comfort > Synthetic rubber sole provides great traction > Waterproof In other words, rubber, not leather. They appear to be of very good quality. I've no way of knowing whether they're genuine Hunter boots. **Q: why is there no red dot on the bottom of the boot?** A: Depending on size and model, Hunter boots will have a different colored dot on the sole. It doesn’t have to be red. As long as the dot is there and the logo is imprinted on the buckle, inside the boot, and the front, the boots are 99.99% likely to be authentic. La forme est très élégante. J’ai dû cependant les retourner car trop grandes malgré ma plus grosses paire de chaussettes. J’avais du 39, comme je faisais d’habitude pour ce type de chaussures mais cette marque taille juste donc pensez à prendre votre taille habituelle (38 pour mon cas). Je recommande quand même ce produit. Ce que je recommande surtout est le vendeur AreaTrend qui m’a assuré un suivi très qualitatif. Au début, il a été prévu que je retourne les bottes et un montant forfaitaire serait retenu sur le remboursement pour des frais de livraison. Le vendeur organise lui-même un enlèvement DHL à domicile. Il y a eu un petit couac qui m’a conduit à une deuxième demi journée à attendre le transporteur. AreaTrend, pour me « dédommager », m’a remboursé la totalité du montant sans retenir les frais de livraison et ce, très rapidement.
