I replaced the heart shaped spring in my old ratchet insert a decade or so ago, but there is enough wear on the old ratchet now to justify replacing it rather than repairing again. The Manoskop torque wrench seemed like a major investment at the time, but 30 odd years later I don't have much to complain about having worn out the ratchet insert.
