He loved them! The kits can be used together, which is why I purchased both. He likes the hand generator that comes with the Green Energy kit and uses it with the Light kit so that he can control the speed of the spinner in the Light kit. There is also a rechargeable battery in the Green Energy kit that will save $$ on battery use! The thing I love most about Snap circuits is that the kits can all be used together!
