From the moment he was born, he was different, a surprise to his people. At just six months old, he walked not like a child, but like a grown man. By the time he turned one, he didn’t speak in simple words like other children. Instead, he spoke in full sentences, showing a sharp mind far beyond his age. Thanos had everything. He never lacked food, comfort, or care. But deep inside, he longed for something more, he wanted to belong. Despite all that he had, he often felt alone. Sintaa was, by all accounts, Thanos’s first and only friend. That made him his best friend by default. He was the only person who brought him any sense of joy. Thanos once said to him, "You are the first thing my father has brought to me that I actually enjoy," showing how much his friendship meant to him in his isolated world. There are many stories about the origins of Thanos, the Mad Titan, as countless as the stars in the sky. Each tale gives a glimpse of the being who would one day shake the universe. This is just one of those stories, but it is a powerful one. A few years ago, I came across this book by chance, during a small sale. At the time, I thought it was just a lucky find. But now, as I read the story of Thanos, I realize how incredible it truly is. As a fan of the Marvel Universe, this book feels like an essential read for me.
