There is a stainless bolt with two flimsy plastic inner washers and a nylon locking bolt. As they come the hinge has slop, a bit of wiggle. I added two additional thick washers between the U shape and the pivot. So Bolt, U, washer, flimsy plastic, pivot, flimsy plastic, washer, U, Nylon locknut. I hope that makes sense. It took out the majority of the slop from the joint. I also greased the bolt well. For the price I think they are a decent buy.
