The scales are all textured, even and uniform, and the numbers are raised higher than the scales themselves. The colors are not perfectly uniform, which is actually a good thing. The green has hints of blue and gold that peek through, making the dice look more natural. The raised numbers are all uniform gold, no splotches of green or blue across them. They're easy to read, have a great weight, and a very unique texture. It also came with a black faux leather dice bag that can fit 4 sets of dice with a little room. And I am very impressed by these dice. I even bought two sets! The scale pattern looks and feels great. The colors really pop. Very deep blue and bright orange. Would have preferred more orange on them than blue but thats just me. They seem to be a little bigger than other 16mm sets I have bought also. They roll great as well. I really like that the number is embossed so as to stand out. They came in PU leather bags, which is a plus for me. The bags have a flaming skull with a D20 on it's forehead. Not a fan of skull designs personally, but that's not really that big of a deal. I also really wish they sold an 11 piece version though.
