Spools are small, but colours are beautiful and it seems really nice. I used it as top and bobbin thread to machine quilt my quilts and it works beautifully. Would highly recommend, especially since it's way cheaper that at fabric stores. Don't get stuck thinking this is just for embroidery or that you need cotton to machine quilt - this thread will make your quilting look like thread painting and will definitely enhance your projects.
