Long story brought old used one home to Colorado from Oregon, after journey did not work. Daughter bought me one of these new, installed, worked great for 2 months, then failed. I bought another, added protection package, never ever got that one to work at all. Think they junk. Having better luck or performance with a SEREONIC. Basically same thing. SEREONIC in manual said sometimes they not work on such areas as Netflix, they offer a translater on their website for sale as well. So I not a great help.
