I have a bunion on one foot and the silicone single toe divider is so soft and comfortable! I wear it a lot at night and in my shoes. I wore one with open toed sandals all day and I forgot it was on. It took me a few days to get used to having something between my toes. I would recommend taking off any toe rings. I love all the different types it offers. I was afraid they would rip putting over my big toe but these babies are stretchy and flexible. They are easy to wash with soapy water, rinse, let dry. I also use the toe dividers when putting on toe nail polish!.
