The smaller pen is easier to write with than the longer one that came with the system. My students (8th graders) love it as well. And, the dual pen functionality works seamlessly with two pens. For the price, the whole system is well worth it. Since I added the IW2 to my classroom, two other teachers at my school have acquired one for their classroom (one through a grant and one spent their own money).
