They have lowered the quality *by P***Z on March 25, 2026* I bought one of these eight years ago at a Rite Aid and it was firm, had three angles and was very sturdy foam. I bought the same brand thinking it would be the same, but it arrived completely smashed and it would not expand to shape. They sent me a replacement and it was the exact same thing! I did the trick with putting it in the dryer with a moist towel and it popped up to shape, but the foam is so soft. It does not work like it used to, and it only has two angles to choose from now. you can no longer move it in your device with one hand. Same brand ,same handle ,same pocket on the side.
