Hatch, You may use this on skin with rosacea however do so when you aren't having flare-ups. You may test it first and see how well your skin reacts to the diamond exfoliation and suction. For example, if you need to change them every 3 months, how much use does that include? Using them 2** A: Hi Valerie, Good question! We recommend doing microdermabrasion 2-3 times per week. In this case, diamond tips may last for about 3-6 months. Normal use is usually just limited to the face, neck and chest. However, you may also use the same diamond tip to exfoliate your body. You can do microdermabrasion on your arms, legs, and back to even out and buff away dead skin. The bigger the area you cover, the more the tips will degrade. So, in this case, your diamond tip may last for just about 3 months. You can change your tips much later if you like but if your diamond tips feel smoother and you feel that it doesn't remove as much dead skin as it used to, then it may be time to buy a replacement diamond tip.
