The 'installation' guide doesn't show a thing about installation.** A: There should be three, white, plastic standoffs that came with it (mushroom shaped). There are four place on the sides of the can where you can install it. Mounting holes in can will match holes in the board. Install standoffs from the outside of can, and push till they snap in place. I had a question about new (replacing the old) keypads. I sent this question, for a list of DSC keypads that are compatible with my DSC Power 832 control panel. I sent this question through their website yesterday. It is after noon today and still no reply. So I tried calling this company. The automated machine at DSC said that my hold time was between 2 and 3 hours ("120 to 180 minutes"). Avoid this BS company.
