This will only bond to glass surfaces on the device. **Q: Can this be used on a plasic watch face?** A: it should be fine to use on a plastic watch face, it drys clear so it should be fine **Q: Has anyone used this product on eyeglasses to reduce smudes and smears? Any luck?** A: Short answer it will work on glass lenses. I would not recommend it on acrylic lenses. It is just rubbing alcohol. My opinion is not to recommend this product. It does nothing to anything. It was rather hard to put on as the liquid is very thin and has almost no surface tension, and there is no real applicator that'd allow you to put on controlled drops. You basically pour it out and hope for the best. The camera lens sits below the surface of my phone's case, so it's not exposed to much wear. Still, the majority of the coating came off in a couple days and it only remains in the centre. It worked wonderfully when it was on, but it came off so quick that I can't recommend you buy it for anything that's going to experience much wear.
