It's even better than I could have dreamed. Not only can I carry a full cup of liquid w/o leaving a trail of spills on the floor from my shaky hand, I didn't even spill when I tripped over my own feet because of the ingenious handle design. In addition to the stability the rotating handle keeping the cup level provides for those of us w/tremor, it also comes w/a travel mug style cap so I can sit in just about any position and drink w/o fear of sloshing the whole cup down the front of my shirt.It's not just good for movement disorder patients though. I also picked one up for my mother w/severely advanced rheumatoid arthritis who has had both wrists fused and only has a few fingers she can still use which severely inhibits her ability to carry anything. She's loving her mug also. The first day she used it was the first time in years she was able to have a full cup of coffee and be able to carry it herself plus tip it so she could drink out of it.The only downside to this mug is the cost, but it's not a big enough downside to have prevented me from purchasing several (for myself & mum, plus another for the mother of a friend who also has tremor). It's worth every penny to be able to carry a full cup like a 'normal' person. And I have every hope that the cost will come down over time so I can buy even more lolSo if you're looking for an assistive food serving product for yourself or family members, this is a must have. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ugly but really functional *by C***O on April 12, 2025* Very functional cup, was for an uncle with heavy trembling, it is very useful but he doesnt use it that much because it doesnt look taht good, if they could change the aesthetics they would have a great product ### ⭐ TINY *by L***A on May 23, 2016* I didn't listen to other reviews that said it was small. It's not small, it's tiny, like for a child! And it took forever to arrive.
