This holds a single badge in the front in the visible window, and a spot for two other cards in the rear. This works great as I have an ID badge as well as a separate time card; the multiple spots are great! There are tabs on the back to pop the card out for easy access, which is fantastic for my daily timecard useage. The retractable bit is great, and the only possible downside that I can find is that the holder is slightly heavy and swings around quite a lot as I walk.
