Some of the beads are wooden and some are obviously plastic. Some of the beads really do seem to be stone. The beads are pretty and they have holes big enough to string easily. A few of the beads were broken in half when they arrived. The string is easier to tie than some jewelry making string. The string isn’t very stretchy. The beads come in the little case that makes it easy to organize.
